I began my career within the marketing agency field and have over 13 years experience within Client Services, Business Development and Organisational Development. all while working for a number of leading integrated and brand comm marketing agencies, focussing on the B2B and B2C sectors.
After deciding to move out of the primary marketing agency network I joined a recruitment consultancy and worked my way up from consultant to manager and then finally became a business owner.

I’ve worked for award winning media businesses and delivered record revenues and profits through nurturing talent and building careers. As a change manager, identifying the core qualities and motivation in talented media and creative professionals is both a talent and a passion.
After completing a recent stint in the US working as a specialist head hunter for Jefferson Group, I have returned to the UK to head up the social media function.
Due to her overall experience and industry knowledge she is very well respected by her former colleagues and has built up a fantastic network of strategic and data driven marketers as well as had the responsibility of building up numerous teams and support networks on a local and international level.
As a Non-Executive Associate Partner, Fiona is involved in assisting us with our international networking and business development, ensuring that not only are we in continual contact with key players within the marketing arena but also that we are up to date with key businesses that are expanding outside of the UK markets.
Without question, Caroline plays a crucial role within the merger & acquisitions team and is heavily involved throughout the business.
