I am the Founder and Managing Partner here at The Jefferson Group and we specialise in Recruitment, Global Executive Search, Merger & Acquisitions and Venture Capital all within the marketing, creative and media arena.I began my career within the marketing agency field and have over 13 years experience within Client Services, Business Development and Organisational Development. all while working for a number of leading integrated and brand comm marketing agencies, focussing on the B2B and B2C sectors.After deciding to move out of the primary marketing agency network I joined a recruitment consultancy and worked my way up from consultant to manager and then finally became a business owner. Our recruitment teams and specialist consultants are always interested in hearing from anyone who might either be seeking a new challenge, looking to recruit or considering developing their own business through merger, acquisition or investment. – All conversations are held in the strictest of confidence.

As a Talent Acquisition professional with experience of both multi-discipline in-house recruitment as well as specialist consultancy services. I specialise in delivering innovative and effective candidate attraction strategies whilst building excellent relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. My primary focus is the quality of the candidate and customer experience and I am committed to the on-going improvement of operational effectiveness. My aim is simple – I want the whole recruitment experience to be a positive one for all involved.Working internally within the HR team at one of London’s best digital agencies has given me a close insight into the mechanics of both agency and the internal challenges.
